The Deals365 WhatsApp Deal Alerts service ("the Service") sends verified UK deal alerts directly to your mobile device via WhatsApp. Messages include the product name, current price, saving amount, and a link to the full deal on Deals365.
The Service is operated by Park Drive Investments Limited using the WhatsApp Business API. By opting in to the Service, you are consenting to receive direct marketing messages by electronic means, as defined under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
The Service is strictly opt-in. You will only be enrolled if you actively select the WhatsApp deal alerts option during account registration, or through your account settings.
By opting in, you confirm that:
We do not add members to this service automatically. Ticking the opt-in box during registration or through account settings constitutes your explicit consent under PECR.
Once opted in, you may receive:
We aim to send a maximum of 3 deal alerts per day. During high-deal periods (such as Black Friday or major sale events) this may be higher. We will not send messages between 9pm and 8am.
All deals sent via WhatsApp are verified against price history before being sent. We do not send deals that are not genuinely cheaper than recent prices. Messages include the product name, current price, normal price, saving and a Deals365 link.
Your mobile number is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the WhatsApp Deal Alerts service. It is stored securely by Deals365 and shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (the operator of WhatsApp) solely for the purpose of message delivery.
We do not share your mobile number with any other third party, including retailers whose deals are featured in messages. See the Deals365 Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from Deals365 at any time using any of the following methods:
Opting out of WhatsApp alerts does not close your Deals365 account or affect any other notification preferences. Your account and points balance remain intact.
After sending STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further deal alerts will be sent after that.
Deals365 does not charge for the WhatsApp alerts service. Standard mobile data rates may apply depending on your network provider and plan. WhatsApp messages are delivered over a data connection, not SMS.

We may change the frequency, content or nature of the WhatsApp service from time to time. If we make a significant change (such as increasing message frequency substantially), we will notify you via WhatsApp before the change takes effect. You can opt out at any time if you do not wish to continue.
This service is operated in compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your consent is recorded at the point of opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time as described in Section 5 above.
